Please note the following FAQ about our drop shipping program, which was started during COVID in 2021 as a way to support our customers (your favorite LYS included!)

• What can I have drop shipped from knittingfever.com?

  We currently ship "full pack" quantities of yarn, Lykke gift sets, and any of our kits which we have listed on https://shoplocal.knittingfever.com. If you are unsure, please check with your local yarn shop about how many units are in each pack, and as to pricing and availability of all products.

• Where can I see your product lines?

  You can browse them right here at https://knittingfever.com, just click on "yarn" and you will see our list of brands, including favorites Noro, Juniper Moon Farm, Ella Rae, Jody Long, Louisa Harding, Mirasol, Queensland, Araucania, and many others. Our range of Lykke gift sets can be viewed if you click on "Needles & Hooks"

• What if the product I want is not available?

  Our yarn availability changes daily, as we are receiving shipments from our suppliers around the world all the time! Your LYS can check and preorder it for you, and we will ship it to them as soon as it's available.

• Do you ship outside the USA?

  No, so sorry! We currently only offer drop shipping to the 50 US states (including Alaska & Hawaii)

• When will I receive my order?

  Our warehouse is open M-F, so once your LYS confirms and sends in your order, our warehouse will pick & ship it to you within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends - a weekend order will likely ship the following Monday). If you have questions about tracking, please contact your LYS.

• What is the return policy?

  Please confirm this with your LYS before placing your order. Knitting Fever is only acting as the fulfiller, the return policy is set by each LYS individually.

• I cannot find any books or patterns, where can I order those?

  Our full catalog of books & patterns are all available on our new website https://shoplocal.knittingfever.com

• Why would I order this way? How does this help my LYS?

  This program was started as a way to allow your LYS to continue to fill orders during COVID lockdowns. It has continued, since many LYS cannot possibly carry every single SKU we sell, since we have many thousands of SKUS --- but we certainly want to support them & allow them to offer our full catalog! This is the ideal solution :)

• What other programs do you offer to support my LYS?

It allows a consumer to order any prepacked yarn kit, book, or pattern leaflet and have it shipped directly, while selecting a LYS to be the beneficiary of the sale.
