Where can I buy the products you list on your website?
If you are looking for local shops and online stores where you can purchase the products that we distribute, please try our Store Locator. Additionally, we encourage you to explore our Yarns, Books, Patterns, and more through the menus above. When you find a product you are interested in purchasing, just click the "Locate" button for that item to see a list of nearby retailers carrying a specific product.
I can't seem to find the pattern PDF that I purchased. Where do I find it?
Our shopping cart for digital pattern purchases (PDFs) is currently powered by Ravelry and payments are processed through Ravelry's PayPal integration. After you complete your purchase in PayPal, scroll to the bottom of the receipt and click the "Return to Merchant" button. Then you will see a screen that will include a link to download the pattern.
I can't find my PDF pattern purchase receipt, is there another way to get ahold of it?
You will also receive an email from downloads@ravelry.com with a link to download the pattern. The subject line should be "Knitting Fever Inc : your PDF downloads" or "Indie Designer Name Here : your PDF downloads". If you don't see the email soon after your purchase, remember to check your spam folder.
How does it work when purchasing a PDF pattern if I am already a member of Ravelry?
If you are a member of Ravelry, you will also have the opportunity to add the pattern you've purchased to your Ravelry Library.
