The smallest size should read for the shape sides…Inc 1 st each end foll 11th rows 4 times NOT 5..the other sizes are correct.

Front bands
Given the length for the fronts is approx 31.5cm and the tension is 30 rows per 10cm it should easily accommodate 83 sts (smallest size)…picking up 62 sts along that length would tend to make the band pull up (but really it's up to the discretion of the knitter-- some knitters are tighter, some looser so it’s a bit of an average and what works best).
