“Nar”
Description
Nar is a triangular shawl knit from the center out. It is charming in its simplicity with just a few design quirks.
This uncomplicated design is perfect for busy, multicolored yarn, like Ella Rae Marmel here, but would also look bold and sophisticated in a solid or semi-solid yarn.
It is a beginner friendly pattern, and I promise you will fly through this project and love your shawl as much as I love mine.
Yarn: 2 skeins of DK weight yarn, 275 yds (250 m) / 100 g each.
I used 2 skeins of Ella Rae Marmel in Pyrope color.
Needles: US size 6 (4 mm) circulars, 24 or 32 cord, or to get gauge.
Gauge: 18 sts x 28 rows in 4x4.
Size: 60 (150 cm) wingspan, 26 (66 cm) along the spine
