Errata
Please note the following corrections:

SLEEVES - Left Front Collar:

Next row (RS) Kfb, knit to end—1 st inc’d at seam edge. Cont to inc 1 st at seam edge every other row 21 times more, then every 4th row 10 times—40 sts. Work even in garter st until collar measures fits along right left front neck plus one half back neck. Bind off.
