“Curves and Crossovers by Lynette Meek”
Description
As a designer sometimes patterns write themselves. As a designer working at a yarn store a new yarn can be a hazard! The yarn arrives at the store and I can see what it can be instantly! And I must knit it up just as instantly!
Curves and Crossovers was just such a hat! I could see big round cables and stitches curving up and around the hat, soft touchable cables.
The yarn is a scrumptious Merino and Angora blend Juniper Moon Farms Beatrix.
Materials: 137 yds, heavy chunky, sample was knit with Juniper Moon Beatrix, 5.5mm US #9 16 inch circs and 7.0mm US #10.75 16 inch circs and dpns, 58 inch button (vintage button from my stash), cable hook, markers and the regular notions.
