The LYS Love Cowl was created to honor all the amazing Local Yarn Stores on LYS Day 2021. Small independently owned yarn stores are amazing places and I am lucky enough to work for a fabulous shop. They foster a community of fiber enthusiasts, offer assistance in finding the perfect yarn for your next project, can help you get back on track when you're stuck or made a mistake. They handpick only the best quality products and offer endless inspiration. And with their classes and workshops, they provide education for all skill levels.

The design is created using basic lace stitches (yarn overs, k2tog, ssk), and also includes a version with optional crocheted bobbles.
