“Zanders Gift by Sue Fischer”
Description
Has to be "hands down" THE softest yarn I have ever used. Combine this with the bulky weight, generous size, lovely display of stitches, giving you a shawl impossible to put down.
The shawl is knit in 1 piece, the gentle curve created by increase/decrease every 4th row. Lots of texture, mesh scallops, cables and a combo of twisted stitches with eyelets.
Materials needed: 780 yds. bulky weight ( 7wpi ) yarn, #9, 5.5 mm. knitting needles, 2 markers.
Sized at 19" down the middle back and 110" along the top edge, blocked. Dimensions can be altered by adjusting the increases/decreases.
Please be aware the pattern is in CHARTS only, and the experienced knitter should find this a very satisfying project.
