This light sweater (short sleeve) is knitted sideways to show the best potential of the multicolour/self strapping yarn, at the same time allowing the light pattern to be worn in Spring and Summer. It is beautiful and easy to make.

Skill level: Intermediate

Sizing: Length: M=26”(66cm); L= 28”(71cm)
Waist: M=38-39”(95-100cm); L=46-47”(115-120cm)
Sleeve: M=10”(26cm); L=11”(28cm)

Materials: (2, 2.5 balls) of 100g of Cotton Yarn (182yds/166m per 100g) of solid colour for Cable;
(2, 2.5-3 balls) of 100g of Acrylic-Wool Yarn (273yds/250m per 100g) of multi-colour yarn for Body and Sleeves.

Needle size: 8US(5mm)

Notions: Safety pins or stitch holders.

Tension: 13 sts and 20 rows to 4”(10cm) over pattern stitch, knitting sideways
