Description
Combination of lace and cable patterns, the upper edge a variation of a basket weave to set apart from the body. Increases/decreases every 4th row create the gentle shaping. Mesh lace lower edge, and an optional diamond motif inset in the upper middle body.
Instructions are in Chart only as this is a lengthy pattern, with patterns added as the width grows. 2 skeins of Painted Desert used with very little left over. Great use of this yarn.
NEEDLES AND STITCHING:
Size #4, 3.5 mm Knitting Needles, 4 Stitch Markers, Cable Needle. Gauge is 17 stitches and 26 rows to 4" in garter stitch.
FINISHED DIMENSIONS:
Completed Blocked Size: 20" by 93"
