Digital Pattern Purchases
I can't seem to find the pattern I purchased. Where do I find it?

Our shopping cart for digital pattern purchases (PDFs) is powered by Ravelry and payments are processed through Ravelry's PayPal integration. After you complete your purchase in PayPal, scroll to the bottom of the receipt and click the "Return to Merchant" button. Then you will see a screen that will include a link to download the pattern.

I can't find my receipt, is there another way to get ahold of it?

You will also receive an email from downloads@ravelry.com with a link to download the pattern. The subject line should be "Knitting Fever Inc : your PDF downloads" or "Indie Designer Name Here : your PDF downloads". If you don't see the email soon after your purchase, remember to check your spam folder.

How does it work if I am already a member of Ravelry?

If you are a member of Ravelry, you will also have the opportunity to add the pattern you've purchased to your Ravelry Library.
