Silver Hays There is a ‘yo’ missing on all RS pattern rows from row 15.
There should be a yo after SSM, K1, SSM, on every RS row to make 4 increases every RS row, either side of the 1st & last stitch and either side of the central stitch.
The Pocket Lining sections for both versions should read:
Leave these 16 [18: 20, 22, 24] sts on a stitch holder
There is an error in for the Right Front in the Divide for Pocket directions. After the "Divide for Pocket" subhead, the third mention of "Next Row" should be changed to Cast off 6 [6, 7, 7, 7) sts, knit to end.
The ** should be placed after the armhole shaping has been worked…[34(40,46) sts] **
Work as for Back to **.

Cont working as is...
There is a vertical line of squares missing from the extreme left hand edge of the chart, this is a repeat of the vertical line at the extreme right hand edge. So there will be one edge st at the right hand edge, 8 pattern repeat sts, then 2 edge sts at the left hand edge.
If you require an amended chart please send an e-mail marked Fairisle Cardigan Chart to: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Actual chest should read: HIPS and actual length to shoulder should read: LENGTH.
The word VENT could be misleading and the centre stitches form a PLEAT.
The slip sts that define the pleat are worked on every row until 92(94:96) sts remain, then on the following row, you will be casting off the centre 26 sts.
When making up, allow the back pleat to fold naturally along the slip st foldlines and sew cast off edge in position.
The 1st and 2nd rows of the Back need to be reversed, but the 1st row is still a wrong side row:
1st row (wrong side) K64(67:70), sl 1, k12, sl 1, k64(67:70).
2nd row K57(60:63), sl 1, k26, sl 1, k57(60:63).
To make up
Sew cast on edge of collar to cast off edge of back neck, easing to fit.
Using needles size 2½ mm, cast on 40-44-48 sts. Work in rnds 2 cm/0.8 in, in St st. Next rnd: *K2tog, 1 yo*, rep *-* across the rnd (= folding edge) + 2 cm/0.8 in, in St st. Change to needles size 3 mm. K 1 rnd, and adjust the number of sts evenly across the rnd to be 49-51-57 sts. Cont working in patt as foll: K4-5-8, *patt I, P1, K5, P1*, rep *-* across the rnd, end with K4-5-8. Inc 1 st mid under arm approx. every 3- 2½-2 cm/1.2-1-0.8 in until you have 57-61-69 sts on a rnd. When work measures 14-15-16 cm/5.5-5.9-6.3 in, or desired length, bind off 8 sts mid under arm. Cont working back and forth. Bind off at each edge every 2nd row 1x3, 1x2 and 1x1 sts. Bind off rem sts. Work same for the other sleeve. Weave in ends on WS. Sew on buttons.
The design Floral has the wrong amount of 50g balls needed to complete the project. It erroneously indicates 5-9 100g balls of Noro Kureyon, when Noro Kureyon is only available as a 50g ball. The amount of balls of yarns should be doubled (10-18 50g balls.)
The 10th Row of "Shape Top of the Beret" should read (K3, P4) 6 timesnot 8 times.
You will need 1(2:2) 50g balls in each of A and E, 1(1:2) 50g balls in each of B and D and 1(1:1) 50g ball in each of C and F; these amounts may vary depending on which shade you choose to use when picking up stitches for the sleeves and the neckband.
BACK AND FRONT
The 24-round colour stripe sequence, is given simply to establish the number of rounds in each shade and should not be worked before the stated 66(74:82) rounds, these rounds, before dividing for the Back and Front are the only rounds to be worked. We apologise if knitters were confused by the wording, please refer to the measurements given on the schematic.
Using natural, cast on 4 sts. Work in Stripe Pattern, increasing 1 st at each edge every right side rows: 63 times; and increase by YO before and after center 2 sts.
When piece measures 26 1/4” (66.5cm), bind/cast off rem 256 sts.
The smallest size should read for the shape sides…Inc 1 st each end foll 11th rows 4 times NOT 5..the other sizes are correct.
Given the length for the fronts is approx 31.5cm and the tension is 30 rows per 10cm it should easily accommodate 83 sts (smallest size)…picking up 62 sts along that length would tend to make the band pull up (but really it's up to the discretion of the knitter-- some knitters are tighter, some looser so it’s a bit of an average and what works best).
Chest measurements should read 10cm less than stated 1-2 yrs = 56cm
3-4 yrs= 61cm

Page 22 states a tension of 14 stitches and 20 rows measured over 10cm/4 in of stocking stitch using 6mm needles.
