River Boutique and Yarn designs

Do you like discovering new patterns from new designers?

River Boutique and Yarn, a local yarn store in Wisconsin, sent us these pictures from designer Lana Voskoboynik.

I think they are rather spiffy.

Lana's Calbuco capelet_ponchoThis pretty poncho is knit using Araucania Calbuco yarn. Calbuco is a fingering weight, 84% Cotton, 16% Polyamide blend that comes in 460 yard hanks.

I like the neckline and the eyelet pattern.

Lana's Haway top knit up in Haway available at the RBYThis neat tank top uses Laines du Nord Haway yarn, a worsted weight cotton blend.

This top looks like it would be cool and comfortable to wear during the summer months.

Lana LainesduNord top_wrapThis daring piece uses Laines du Nord Eros, which is a tape style yarn.

Lana Queensland TopFinally, this neat cabled top is knit sideways using Queensland Collection Pima Lino yarn, a cotton/linen blend that is great for warm weather garments.

It’s so interesting to see the innovative designs being created by independent designers. These patterns are available exclusively at River Boutique and Yarn. Call the store for details (262) 641-7427!
