Interweave Crochet Summer 2014

See, I told you Noro yarns are everywhere lately!

CRSU14_coverPreviewThe Summer 2014 issue of Interweave Crochet magazine is technically available on June 17, but I’ve seen local yarn stores on Facebook posting that it has already arrived.

Why am I mentioning it?

Because of this fun dress!

The Sundance Dress by Moon Eldgridge uses 3 skeins of Noro Taiyo Lace yarn.

The garment is sized for 34 (36, 40, 42, 44)” bust circumference.

This patterns is part of the “Glam Camp” section of the magazine, which has a fun, hippie vibe.

This dress looks quick and easy to crochet, since it’s mainly a giant granny square! The handkerchief skirt is fun, and other pictures show some racy lacing up the side of the bodice.

You can see more pictures on the Interweave website.

Add the Sundance Dress to your Ravelry queue.

Find a local yarn store that stocks the Noro yarn brand.

Do you think it’s better as a dress or a bathing suit cover-up?
